The Westend in beautiful Estes Park affords a very cozy experience with family and friends.

The center is located at the Westend of Estes Park behind the water wheel. One block behind Main Street, the 1912 historic building, distinguished by its Italian Stucco exterior, hosts museum residential training and rents meeting space and overnight accommodations for 18 at affordable rates. We are pleased to be able to offer a comfortable, intimate, alternative for small groups in Estes Park, gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Facilities and Accommodations

Upstairs lounge area

The newly renovated 1st floor meeting area is cheerful with natural light and high ceilings, an intimate space for small groups yet spacious and airy with modern appeal. The center provides tables and chairs for working and there is a full size self-service kitchen.

An adjoining workshop space includes adjustable worktables, deep utility sinks, photography support areas, supplies, and tool storage.

Upstairs 5 edrooms provide single beds for up to 18. An outdoor balcony provides both downtown and mountain views. The upstairs can be divided into several areas with an additional self-service kitchen, and 3 full bathrooms to share. Think no frills, a bit quirky, clean and intimate.

Rental Facility

WestEnd is available for overnight stay and is very economical housing for all uses. Sleeps 15 - 18 people.

Accommodations:
Lodging (shared or individual) is included in the tuition. Rooms accommodate 1, 2, or 4 people in queen, double, twin-size beds. We encourage all participants to enjoy and receive the benefits of class immersion by lodging in the center. There is no deduction from tuition should you decide to lodge elsewhere.

Meals:
Meals are not provided. Estes Park offers the full range of dining from casual to fine cuisine. Many restaurants offer delivery and take-out service. The center contains two full-service kitchens for self-service.

Please leave a voicemail message that includes your first and last name, phone number, email address, name and date of the class you want to take. Or, email the same to terrischindel@aol.com. Classes fill quickly so make your reservation as soon as possible. A non-refundable deposit of half the class fee is due 30 days prior to class start. The balance is due at the start of your workshop. A confirmation packet, receipt, materials list and class syllabus will be sent upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Vacancies created by late cancellations are difficult to fill and we have already made financial commitments. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the start date.

Westend reserves the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if a workshop cancels and receive a full refund of tuition, deposit, and studio fees. In most cases notification of cancellation would occur one month prior to the beginning of the workshop. In rare cases it may be less. Westend Training Center is not responsible for losses incurred on travel arrangements.
